Typically what is included in the price per person is:

• Set up of the buffet, which includes linens, skirting, table scaping

• Service, with staff serving food at the buffet

• Clean up, staff clearing dirty dishes

• All appropriate disposable products

Yes, we do our best to accommodate a variety of special dietary needs from gluten-friendly, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other requests.

Yes, we do offer tastings for main entrees items.

We request a firm guest count two weeks prior to the event.

We typically travel up to 1½ hours from our location, but a mileage fee may apply.

Yes, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure your date with Infinity Catering. After we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a paid invoice as confirmation that your date is booked. This invoice also serves as the contract, and we’ll keep it updated throughout the planning process.

Sales tax will be added to your final bill. We don’t include a separate service or gratuity charge, leaving that entirely up to the client’s discretion.

There is no minimum order, but additional fees may apply.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, or credit card payments (with a preference for check or Venmo).

We offer both served meals and buffet-style options, disposable products or full china service, as well as appetizers for social hour, desserts, late-night snacks, and on-site alcohol set up.
